Like many people, I didn’t set out to start a platform like Hire Care Direct. It came from experience.

Over the years, I worked in healthcare recruitment and saw how much care and effort goes into supporting families and caregivers. At the same time, I started noticing something else. Friends, family, and people in my network would reach out asking for help finding care for their loved ones.

They weren’t always sure where to start. They wanted something simple, direct, and trustworthy.

Caregivers were also looking for opportunities, ways to connect with families, share their experience, and find work that fits their schedule and preferences.

I realized there was a gap.

Hire Care Direct was created to make those connections easier. A place where caregivers can create a profile, highlight their experience, and be discovered by families looking for support. And where families can browse, take their time, and choose someone who feels like the right fit for their needs.

The goal is not to replace anything that already exists, but to offer another option. One that is simple, transparent, and focused on connection.

As we grow, the vision is to expand thoughtfully, city by city, building a platform that supports both caregivers and families in a meaningful way.

This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to see it come to life.
